The Masoneilan Authorized Repair Center (MARC®) Program provides factory certified repair services for control valves and accessories on a local level.
 
Chalmers & Kubeck can provide services ranging from emergency repair of a single valve to complete plant turnaround.
 
As a MARC, we can provide a first class repair service, which includes the complete overhaul of the valve, actuator and instrumentation. The assemblies are fully disassembled, inspected, cleaned, reassembled, calibrated and tested to meet ANSI standards. All soft goods are replaced and assemblies are prepainted prior to returning to service.
 
Retrofits and replacement parts are OEM certified and fully warranted. As a MARC, we use factory supplied technical documentation, including drawings with critical dimensions and proprietary engineering specifications. Our shop and technicians are annually audited by Masoneilan to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
 
We are fully equipped to help customers manage their valve maintenance programs. Services include equipment repair and rebuilding, upgrades and retrofits, on-site trouble-shooting and repair, valve diagnostics, supplying OEM replacement parts, and managing plant turnaround projects.
