Metalizing is a process in which a wire or powder is heated to its melting point and the molten metal is sprayed by compressed air to form a protective coating. The Metalizing Department at Chalmers & Kubeck, Inc has 5 employees who have 30+ years of experience. Chalmers & Kubeck, Inc. specializes in full-service metalizing, Grinding, and Super Finishing with Field Capability available.

Taffa 3088 Arc Gun: Corrosion, Wear Resistance.

Metco 7 MC Plasma Unit: Ceramics, Stainless, Abbradable Coatings.

Metco HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel): Tungsten Carbides, Bearing Diameters, Turbines and High Speed Gearing

Metco Combustion Spitter (Thermal): Corrosion, Wear Resistance.
