Chalmers & Kubeck Gear Division Field Services complete turn key rebuilds, on-site inspections and offering technical assistance on customer rebuilds. We work on all types of manufacturers brands including Falk, Sumitomo, Nutall, Foote Jones, Westech, Cone Drive, Flender, Hanson, Link Belt, etc. We have a fully trained technical workforce with on-site machining capabilities.
Combined with our in-house Manufacturing capabilities we offer one of the best equipped gear service and repair centers in the country, with some of the largest machining equipment available including in-house balancing ,testing capabilities and gear cutting.

- Gearbox Repairs, re-builds and upgrades on all manufacturers units.
- Complete in-house machine shop service for all facets of gear cutting up to 96" externals, 36" internals and Gear Grinding to 50" in diameter.
- In-house reverse engineering using AutoCAD and gear rating/design programs.
- In-house Gear Inspection up to 64" in diameter on a 1650 Klingenberg
