1/2” thru 8” Flange / Threaded Conventional,
Bellows or Pilot Type.
This team of valve
and instrument specialists works closely together to provide
customer assistance in technical sales, quotations and
delivery. Chalmers & Kubeck maintains around-the -clock
service, which includes the assembly and test of new CONSOLIDATED®
pressure relief valves, plus full machining and repair
operations for industrial valves of many types and manufacturers.
C & K currently employs a staff of over 190 technical
and administrative personnel, 45 of whom are dedicated
to the Green Tag Program.
C&K's
140,000 square foot valve assembly and repair facility
has complete test capabilities with steam, air and hydro.
The company is fully authorized by the ASME for the assembly,
set, and testing of Section I and Section VIII
pressure relief valves. It is also certified by the National
Board to fully repair pressure relief valves. This applies
not only to work preformed in their own
shop,
but to a wide variety of field service operations
carried
out on-site at the customer's plant.
Of
equal importance, Chalmers & Kubeck meets the stringent
facility, inventory and personnel standards required by
Dresser. All of C&K's key personnel have successfully
completed very extensive and specialized training by Dresser
Flow Control. As a result, you can be sure that each Green
Tag Experts has a solid foundation in valve assembly,
repair and testing.
